Screening

Manual Bar Screen

A Manual Bar Screen is one of the simplest and oldest types of screening equipment used in water and wastewater treatment plants. It consists of a series of parallel metal bars fixed in a frame and installed at an angle in a channel through which sewage or wastewater flows. The main purpose of this screen is to remove large floating and suspended materials such as sticks, plastics, rags, leaves, paper, and other debris before the wastewater enters pumps or treatment units.

Dutch State Mine Screen (DSM Screen)

The Dutch State Mine Screen (DSM Screen) is a highly efficient fine screening device originally developed in the mining industry of the Netherlands. It is widely used in wastewater treatment, food processing, paper mills, and mineral processing industries for separating fine particles from liquids.

Channel Screen

A Rotary Channel Screen is a mechanically operated screening device installed directly inside a wastewater channel. It is designed for automatic removal of suspended and floating solids from flowing wastewater.

Rotary Drum Screen

A Rotary Drum Screen is a cylindrical rotating screening device used for separating solids from liquids in wastewater treatment and industrial processes. It is one of the most efficient mechanical screening systems for fine solid removal.

Mechanical Bar Screen

A Mechanical Bar Screen is an advanced version of the manual bar screen where cleaning of trapped solids is performed automatically using mechanical equipment. It is widely used in modern wastewater treatment plants for handling large wastewater flows.
